Question:: Where and when do you offer your sessions?

Answer:: I schedule sessions within the Kansas City Metro and within a 45 minutes drive of my home in Gardner. Sessions are offered year round based on availability with the exception of December in which I take that month off.

Question:: Can I bring friends to my session?

Answer:: I would love to photograph you with your friends in a separate BFF session, but your senior session is just for you and it is encouraged that only a parent come along to make the most of our time together.

Question:: Is hair and make-up included in your packages?

Answer:: No, due to the custom nature of hair & make-up, it is encouraged that seniors utilize their own resources for their hair and make up as needed. I'm happy to make some referrals but it is ultimately the senior's responsibility.

Question:: What kind of retouching do you do?

Answer:: All sessions go through my full retouching post processing, which includes blemish removals, skin softening, background distraction removals, and overall finishing touches. The images come out bright/soft with true to life colors and clean lines. I do not offer trendy editing such as dark/moody or orange hues.

Question:: How do I choose and receive my images?
Answer:: Sessions are delivered for proofing within approximately 2-3 weeks after your session via a secure password protected gallery of watermarked images. From there you will be able to choose your favorite selections based on the package you booked and will receive them available to download within 48 hours of making your final selections. Downloadable images will be full high resolution with the ability to print up to 16x20. Additional physical products, such as prints, grad cards, and albums will be made available for optional purchase coming in 2025.

Question:: What is your payment, cancellation & refund policy?
PAYMENT TERMS: To get on my calendar & secure your date, you must submit a non-refundable 50% retainer of your chosen package with a signed contract. This secures your session and I turn away other inquiries for your date. The remaining 50% of your chosen package is required to be paid no later than 1 week before your session and it must be paid in full to proceed with our session.

RESCHEDULING TERMS: Should you need to reschedule, one personal reschedule is allowed as long as it is within 2 weeks of your session date and is based on availability. In the event of illness, rescheduling will be determined at that time. In the event of bad weather, an indoor location will be offered same day or a back up date to move to for outdoor portraits.

CANCELLATION TERMS: Should you wish to cancel for any reason prior to your session, your initial 50% retainer is non-refundable and you must cancel before your final payment is made. Once you have made that final payment no later than 1 week before your session, it is given that you intend to proceed with your session and all payments are non-refundable.

REFUND TERMS: Due to the custom nature of my services, all session are non-refundable. If an issue arises with images, I am happy to work through reasonable requests to make things just right. I do not offer any RAW or unedited images and complete re-edits may include an additional fee if outside the scope of my normal post production.
